Key Responsibilities
Growing Flown's online presence and engaging our community will be at the heart of your work as Social Media Expert. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and carry out a full social media strategy covering every platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Produce compelling, brand-consistent content that speaks to our intended audience
- Run our social content calendar and keep posts timely and steady
- Partner with the marketing team so social activity supports wider marketing campaigns
- Interact with our community by replying to comments, messages, and mentions
- Find and organize collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Track social media trends and adjust our approach to match
- Review social media metrics and deliver regular performance reports
- Manage paid social campaigns and fine-tune them for the best possible ROI
- Work alongside the product team to gather customer insights and feedback
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand
- Demonstrated success increasing social audiences and engagement
- Outstanding written and spoken communication
- Solid grasp of social media best practices and new trends
- Practical experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Proficiency in editing photos and videos with tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of social advertising platforms
- Analytical approach backed by social media analytics experience
- Enthusiasm for beauty, technology, and innovation
- Able to work both solo and in a team within a quick-moving setting
